Silence

Anything that can be said about silence is not silence and yet it's our natural home.

Reflection

When one watches the content of the mind, suddenly one realizes that the watcher is not the content and there's freedom from the content.

End of suffering

When we realize that we create our own suffering, that in itself is the beginning of freedom.

Seriousness

As a child, life is more playful. As an adult life becomes very serious and yet death is waiting to collect all our possessions.

Away from home

When tomorrow becomes a reason to not enjoy today, life becomes hell. And when life is lived from here, there's a deep sense of gratitude.

Awakening

When one is possessed by the mind, the parrot in the head keeps repeating dead patterns or occurrences. But if silence is experienced, one dives deep into it and finds the self which was always knocking at the door.

Innocence

If we can remain innocent as we grow, life will be more playful than the seriousness and stress that comes along.

Desireless

As one approaches old age, our desire to be more diminishes and then we realize all the striving was just a drama.Looking ahead we see death approaching, what have we achieved that is of our own?

Restful

When the mind is not then we come to our natural home of tranquil.

Illogical

When we get out of our heads, life begins to operate from it's natural rhythm.

A journey inwards

When we return to where we began our journey, everything becomes so natural and our soul finds perfect peace.
